Julie and Julia

Currently watching this movie on Lifetime...I have seen it before and really like it.  Oh how I long to have a passion for cooking... I am going to start trying new recipes...maybe?!   I'll let you know if I really follow through with this and how they turn out.

Ps...I finally saw The Help.  It is very true to the book which I was glad to see!

Glass Bottles.

Found these vintage Dr. Pepper and 7 up bottles today at a thrift shop...50 cent each.  They will be awesome decorations.  Also, found a great retro shelf that I'm going to turn into a bar!!  Pictures to come soon.

No Need For Help...

I am sure EVERYONE as heard about the book and movie "The Help" by now.  I have seen the trailer at least 100 times on TV.  But... I have to jump on the bus and tell everyone how great the book is!  I finished it in about three days and now I need something new to read!  I am also excited to see the movie even though the movies are NEVER as good as the books.  If you have not heard it before..."Go read it...now!"
